All of the providers are great! Evelyn was the provider on call to help deliver my son . She did amazing ! Labor was rough as I has intense back labor but she was great in getting me meds and encouragement to ge through it as well as truly taking her time fixing me up after. Prenatal care with all other providers was great ! I’ll be back for my next pregnancy 100%
The clinical staff is excellent, they are approachable and knowledgeable and don’t make you feel like a number. However, the first receptionist I spoke with was literally mumbling and I heard several patients ask her to repeat herself. Front desk staff are your first impression and this lady did not leave a good impression. Especially being a first time pregnant client, I didn’t know what to do.
