I’m sitting in their office waiting on my appointment that was scheduled for 30 minutes ago. They are unprofessional and the drs are never there and always running behind . Would not recommend this office to anybody and after today we won’t be coming back! Asked the lady how much longer and she asked me did I want to leave ….and it’s like this everytime not just today . Absolutely love my pediatrician, however the practice itself is terrible. Ive called everyday for a week straight and no one answers the phone. I have left voicemails and not gotten called back . Now the voicemail is full and I can’t even leave a message. This is not the first time either, a few months ago i needed to schedule a follow up visit because my son was in the emergency room… i only ended up getting them to call me because I had to reach out the the doctor on instagram.
