Appointment was made but tech didn't call orshow during time frame. I refused to reschedule.
I had a cracked windscreen in my Sprinter Camper van. I contracted with this company to remove the old windscreen and replace for it with a new one. However, there was some rust around the windscreen so I needed them to pull the windsceen and put the new one in after I repaired the rust. We had a verbal contract that I would pay a deposit of $134 which they said they would refund after they put the new windscreen in.
