This was my lucky day! I had to call roadside assistance today, only to find out that the problem wasn't the battery—it was the battery cable, which had completely corroded. I called Mike, and as soon as he heard I had needed a tow truck, he offered to stop by my house to take a look. His repair shop is only about five minutes away.
