I sold my condo in Mountainview and called 9/2/25 at 2pm to disconnect service. I spoke to JACOB. I gave him my name and phone number and other details and he said the account was in a business name. I gave him the business name and there was silence. I repeated the business name and he said "I cannot confirm nor deny" Then there was silence. Then he hung up. For goodness sake JACOB do better!
The meters that are "updated" are extremely high in radiation. My mom's apartment is right near all 30 smart meters for the building, and she ended up with bone marrow suppression needing blood transfusions. O&R was made aware that their smart meters caused this, and they REFUSED to change it back to the analog meters. It's hard not be enraged, Shame on O&R. For those reading smart meters r dangerous, especially being close to 30 of them....stay away and refuse the 'updates'.
