This client does not pay their invoices. In fact, they will block you on all avenues, ignore your calls, emails and any attempts you make to contact them. Please read the reviews on Yelp before doing business with this company. We got scammed, but I am hoping this review will save others from having the same experience. Zero Stars.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! It's too bad you can't leave 0 stars. We have been trying to get paid from National Dispatch Group since February 2025. No one ever answers the phone in their billing department. We have left several messages and not received a call back. Horrible. Make contractors jump through hoops to get paid. My family's company completed work 3 months ago and still has not been paid. Shameful and disgusting business practices.
Hello All Vendors Dealing with NSG, Please be careful dealing with this Company. They take the service and later don't clear or pay the invoice. You cant speak or contact their billing manager and they dont respond to clear the invoice
BEWARE As a small contractor, working with National Dispatch Group has been an incredibly frustrating experience. We have outstanding invoices from 2024 that still haven’t been paid, despite multiple follow-ups.
