I had a very disappointing experience with national dispatch group. Communication and customer service were extremely poor throughout the entire process. I would not recommend contracting with this company. For about a year working with National Dispatch, our technicians have completed plumbing work at numerous notable malls/locations, including: Yorkdale, Square One, AESOP, Holt Renfew, Cartiers, Sport Check, Nike Store, etc. At this point in time, they have over 20 invoices outstanding. Contractors beware! Treat this company with extreme prejudice! I went to Saint John for a service call they refuse to pay! If you want to do business with them make sure they prepay before you do any work for them!!!!!!!!
If zero stars were possible, that is what this company would receive. Our company completed multiple service calls dispatched through National Dispatch Group and submitted the required invoices for the work performed. Despite repeated follow-ups and communication attempts, payment has not been received. For a company that relies entirely on contractors to service their clients, failing to pay vendors for completed work is unacceptable.
