Unfortunately, I have had the same poor experience as other contractors reviewed. This company does not pay its contractors. Do not accept work from them. I have been trying to get an invoice paid for over 6 months. No response, no call back, nothing.
Called out for a service call to a sun glass hut location, went at agreed time and repaired a display. We weren’t paid. National Dispatch has ignored all communication. Edit: It’s been over a year and we still receive calls asking us to perform work. Which they likely won’t pay for. I’ve asked to be removed from their list of vendors. Such a frustrating group. Stay away!
Read below. Like the rest these companies, we can't get paid. Sending invoices directly to the retailers where we did the work. Very disappointing.
This client does not pay their invoices. In fact, they will block you on all avenues, ignore your calls, emails and any attempts you make to contact them. Please read the reviews on Yelp before doing business with this company. We got scammed, but I am hoping this review will save others from having the same experience. Zero Stars.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! It's too bad you can't leave 0 stars. We have been trying to get paid from National Dispatch Group since February 2025. No one ever answers the phone in their billing department. We have left several messages and not received a call back.
