They Don’t Pay!! Do not do work for this company. We run a small company and have done many service calls for NDG and they simply do not pay. We have overdue invoices from 6 months to some going on a year. They simply do not have a “billing team” and you will never get an answer from the “billing team”. Save yourself the hassle and do not work for these guys. Period.

Our experience with National Dispatch Group has been very disappointing. We have had outstanding invoices for nearly a year, and despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter, communication has been extremely difficult. We have been trying to resolve an unpaid invoice with National Dispatch Group since 07/29/2025 for Work Order #4998077, and this experience has been absolutely unacceptable. This company owes us payment for services that were fully completed, yet they have ignored every reasonable attempt we’ve made to communicate.
