Have been to the sales office twice and both times, the staff have been very friendly. However I must say, I was checking out the area and I have noticed the playground in front. Being the main playground/park of Orana, this is NOT as good compared to most of the parks from other developers nearby such as Five Farms, Eliston and Meridian. It is in front of the sales centre of Orana but there is not much too encourage potential buyers to visit the park. The Orana estate is a wonderful community located central to many other facilities. We were very impressed about the layout of the blocks and the roads. It doesn’t feel dense or commercial like other communities and a lot of care has gone in to making the living spaces feel cozy. The staff at the land sales have been very supportive and gave us great advice. Especially Mr Gayan and Ms Danni who went out of their way on multiple occasions to accommodate our needs. We are grateful to have found this community.
How amazing has Gayan been to deal with. We visited a number of local land offices and we were pretty much dismissed, then we visited Orana and met Gayan and the team and they have been nothing but amazing to deal with. We are so looking forward to building our dream home with Sherridon and living in the wonderful Orana estate. They have made me feel like I’m dealing with friends. Thank you for the amazing service.
Gayan and Dani- awesome ppl at sales office, helped us a lot giving us enough time and consultation to get through our project at Orana. We were in a critical situation time line wise where Gayan stepped in and provided us appropriate calculated ideas on time line and thus helped us handle the project from very beginning.
