Absolutely terrible experience. I applied to rent a property, submitted all my documents, and they sent me a “congratulations” message, making me think my application was approved. I even bought household items in preparation for moving in. Later, they rejected my application and said I could not rent the property. Completely unacceptable. They do not deserve even one star. Do not trust this company.
