Great experience! The doctor and staff were concerned about my comfort and pain level. The pre-office video helped me feel confident about what was going to happen. I have had very little pain. The exposed nerve was covered and I have had a little discomfort is all. Highly recommend this office.
Very smooth very easy very kind. Just a suggestion would be to have what ever prescriptions are needed sent to your pharmacy the day before so after you drop off your family member you can run pick those up real fast and not have to go pick them up after the procedure when they are ready to be home.
We drove from Idaho Falls to Blackfoot in a rain storm. Then we got a thunderstorm warning. Dr. Jepsen went outside to check on the wind while we were in recovery. He said it was blowing over so we were good to go back home to Idaho Falls. Excellent customer service from the whole staff!
