I was so nervous coming in, the staff the surgeon made me feel at ease. Great experiencing over all.
Whoever was answering call 8/21 around 4pm needs to be fired. I’m not kidding. The level of random sassiness, unprofessionalism, and rudeness was uncalled for I was on the phone for 8 minutes and I just had to hang up there was no moving forward on making an appointment. She kept saying “we’ve been trying to contact you” and when I tried asking who she was contacting (since I have never been to this place before nor contacted them previously) she almost became snappy with me and kept saying “we’ve been trying to contact you”... read more
I had a great experience with Dr. Appiah The staff was friendly, and the procedure was quick and painless. Wisdom teeth removed back in December was painless with no problems. Second surgery with local aesthetic was painless as well Highly recommend!
I went in yesterday for my final 2 wisdom teeth to get removed (both complete boney impact). Off the bat, the dental assistants were very kind! Front desk was also very kind and polite, I had felt a bit of anxiety going in due to a negative experience at another clinic for wisdom teeth removal (not OSS), but here at OSS I felt very comfortable!
