Very thoroughly and excellent customer service. Shout out to Diane, with her patient, kindness and professionalism handling the patients. Highly recommend for wisdom teeth extractions.
Dr Appiah have a great personality and is very professional. The procedure was quick and smooth. He explained what was about to be done every step of the process. I had very minimal pain the day afterwards. I went back to him because my daughter also has her wisdom tooth taken out by him and she loved how he was such a good doctor. The front desk and all the assistants was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for all the help!!!
I would like to say thank you to Dr. Appiah, Dua, Ashley, Diana, Margarita and the entire staff at OSS for taking such good care of me. I was uneasy about having two wisdom teeth removed and everyone I meet was super nice and set me at ease about it and let me know I was in good hands. there aren't many places willing to work with Medicaid, but I was able to schedule a pre-op and extraction here within a week and with no issues. staff is very kind and professional. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental work, and they definitely put my mind at ease. the doctor did great work too. recovery was quick and mostly painless. I didn't even need to use the pain medicine that was prescribed. I would definitely come back for any future procedures!
I nervous going in, but the staff made sure to make me feel super welcome and safe. I trusted them and they did a great job. It didnt even take that long and i felt great after. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their wisdom teeth removed!
