Very nice and explained everything
While my actual surgical process was very good, there were business issues which were disappointing. I will try to be as accurate as I can to recall events. I was referred to them by my regular dentist on May 2. My appointment was scheduled for July 17, roughly 2.5 months delay. When I went in, they spent more time explaining their payment process than they did for the consult and the procedure. Their work is generally NOT covered by any medical or dental insurance. Again Dr Collins did an amazing job in the extraction and placement of the implant. We talked before the surgery and I told him he would do better than last implant(btw the last implant was good just very minimal pain) and he did exactly that. There was no discomfort and no pain at all. Didn’t need any pain medication. I also want to mention his assistants. They were both fun and fabulous. No pain when they inserted needles in my arms . Dakota is THE BEST nurse! Was preping me for surgery and I was a nervous wreck. But By the time we started the procedure, she was so normal and chill that I was as calm as could be! Request her!!!! Thank you again Dakota!
