My 93 yo father had a tooth extracted by Dr. Collins. He did an excellent job, and was very informative and kind. The staff was also very helpful and kind. Their entire office really has a well functioning system in place.
All seems to be great at consult, however..surgery day looked much different. Surgeon was rude, made snide remarks amongst other red flags. At one of the most anxiety ridden, vulnerable times of my life, I was made to feel even worse instead of comfortable. I still cannot believe 26 extractions that I was supposed to be sedated for I literally sat and cried awake fully aware as my nightmares came true. Dr. Haws did an excellent job on my daughter's wisdom teeth removal. The staff was wonderful as well. My daughter told me how nice and caring everyone was which made her experience better. She was nervous and they did an awesome job at making her feel more comfortable! I highly recommend this office!
Very good and professional, I needed surgery and the same day they took me in. I highly recommend their office.
