The front office is very very difficult to work with and bossy. They kept trying to over sell my 83 year old mother treatment she did not need and could not afford. I act as her AR, authorized representative, and found the front office also not friendly to her or her situation as a medi-cal insurance member. Maybe try to get more PPO patients, but then you will have to up your attitude game and treat people better!
