I had some complication with an extraction - very painful dry socket. They brought me in several time to help treat the site and manage the pain. I would highly recommend this clinic.
Dr. Guan is not very skilled, very unprofessional and doesn't care. He cut through my saliva gland and it has caused an unbelievable amount of problems that I've been suffering with for a few years now despite several visits to another specialist. I can't believe a certified professional would make such a poor judgement and do such a terrible job. His license should be taken away. It wasn’t a good experience… Anyways after plenty of phone calls and eventually their manager contacted with me and it’s taken rare of… hopefully this will not happen to anyone else. Please make sure all the stuff, including the receptionist, doctors and their assistants will provide the correct information!
My friend went for a wisdom teeth removal and is now traumatized, they forced medication on her when she was screaming no repeatedly, she already was nervous do to previous experiences this made everything worse, i feel so bad for her, these people should have their license taken away and should never work in the medical field again, she was taken advantage of due to her size and this is absolutely unacceptable.
Unprofessional, rude and Inconsiderate. Seem like they couldn't care less for the patient and can't wait to hurry you through the process.
