I am very dissatisfied with the patient care I received & that is why I am changing my PCP. The NP act as though they are Dr.and clearly they are not. The office staff is rude when I called to question my statement.My experience shows me they are clearly upcoding and not providing services that you have been billed for. I still have not received a call with an explanation. Worse experience by far………..
Staff is attentive and patient. Doctor Cochran treats you like family.
This office is outstanding. The reception is always welcoming, the nurses are attentive and extremely careful with the patients. My doctor, Dr. Khair, is attentive, listens to my concerns and always gives me the best treatment. This practice also has a health portal that allows me to see on-line my office visits, vitals, appoints, etc. I can't give Khair Family Practice enough praise.
My family has been seeing Dr Sam Khair since he was a PCP at Eagles Landing Family Practice. We moved once he opened his own practice and I haven’t been more satisfied. Everyone is great and very helpful. I’ve been seeing Dr. Cochran. I like how she takes the time to listen to my concerns and never rushes to discharge. I feel like she genuinely cares and I’m not just another patient to her. She always follows up with me after getting and lab/test done. I am very satisfied with their care. No consideration for my time made three appointments. None of them was honored spoke to a disrespectful nurse. Do not come to this practice.
