My name is Jeannene Hubert. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr Gordon Brady. I set in the lobby for 30 minutes and then I was called to the back area where I continue to sit for another 20 or 30 minutes before seeing Dr Gordon Brady. Doctor Brady did not touch my mouth. No x-rays were taken. No hand ever touched the inside of my mouth during the entire visit. They were amazing, they were pleasant, gentle and quick. I highly recommend them if your in pain.
Dr. Brady and his team are amazing. I have referred patients, sent family and observed surgeries. I am more than confident in his capabilities. A man of great skill and integrity and it shows throughout his practice.
Contrary to the previous review; my experience was quite the opposite. I recently had surgery performed by Dr. Brady and his staff. I found them all to be very friendly, courteous and professional. Sometimes, when people don't fully understand how insurance and reasonable & customary cost ESTIMATES given by the providers work - they can occasionally interpret their out of pocket expenses as being taken advantage of. I went to this office and of course I was the only black person in the office and I mean staff and all. I was charged $580 out of my pocket, mind you I have dental insurance. I then recieved my Insurance claim summary and of course it showed that I was only suppose to pay $305. The lady at the front desk originally told me that the total with out the dental insurance was $1500, which was a lie! It was $1300. If you are black do not go there at all. They are a bunch of racists!
