I was very disappointed with my experience at this dental office. The two women at the front desk were extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I came in expecting courteous customer service, but instead I was met with an attitude that made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. No patient should be treated that way. The front desk is the first point of contact, and unfortunately their behavior left a very negative impression of the office. Everyone here is wonderful! Had some back teeth pulled today and I have to say it was quick and thorough! I’ve been here before years ago as well and it’s still great! Thank you 🙏 😊 I definitely recommend them to anyone!
