I had extractions done with Dr Cook. Him and his staff made me feel very comfortable. Unfortunately, I suffered dry socket over the weekend and his office was closed. After going to a different dentist who I did not feel treated the issue properly and refused any pain medication, I was happy to see Dr Cook again the following Monday. He numbed me up, irrigated then packed the socket with numbing paste and prescribed me medication to while I heal. I love this place! They are respectful, kind, and willing to work with you!, they are upfront and honest people! They helped me out in so many ways and made everything painless and easy! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for oral surgery!! Thank you so much to the entire crew

My experience was marked by a complete lack of communication from the front desk from beginning to end, both with me and with my insurance company. At my second appointment for the procedure, I was also left waiting alone in the room for more than 40 minutes without any explanation or update from the front desk.

The staff is so welcoming! They take the time to answer all of your questions and address any potential concerns you have. I would recommend for any of my family and friends to go here!!
