My experience was marked by a complete lack of communication from the front desk from beginning to end, both with me and with my insurance company. At my second appointment for the procedure, I was also left waiting alone in the room for more than 40 minutes without any explanation or update from the front desk.
The staff is so welcoming! They take the time to answer all of your questions and address any potential concerns you have. I would recommend for any of my family and friends to go here!!
Dr. Cook was very thorough in my consult spoke very professional, the assistants in the room were very helpful and answered my lingering questions hahaha. Very clean office and super sweet staff 10 out of 10 recommend!!!!!
I got to meet Dr. Jaden Cook at my appointment and he was so kind, caring and thorough. The assistants were sweet and helpful and made my experience better. I was so nervous but thanks to the doctor and staff, I felt cared for and important.
