Horrible experience from the beginning! It took a year for the Dr to approve him for wisdom teeth surgery because his insurance would only pay for two. Never brought up payment plans to do the other two. The after a year of mouth pain from one of the wisdom teeth erupting wrong. The day before his surgery his assistant asked us to come an hour early. Then we sat waiting and watching no less a dozen or more who showed up after us go ahead of us taken back. They lie and they don't care about patients suffering just the money. ... read more

Mrs. Kim, the office manager was really helpful in helping with the insurance for our son procedure to get approved. She went to bat, in making them aware that his procedure was necessary as well as the anesthesia needed to complete his procedure. We really appreciate OSA.
Dr. Sammons and his staff was incredible. I had never been under anesthesia and they made the whole experience a great one. Highly recommend! If I ever need anymore dental surgery done I'll definitely be back here!
