Office manager and front desk blamed my primary insurance for not processing claims appropriately and then when I asked that a claim form be filled out for a secondary insurance I got the run around and stated I was asking for an exception to their rule. Not the case. They also said I was I humanize for yelling at them. Be advised they will tell you your appointment is at 2:30 when it is actually at 3 for you to get there early to fill out paperwork. This would be great to know before one shows up at 2:15, fills out the paperwork and then you wait almost an hour to see the doctor because they are running behind. This is a practice that people need to be alerted to. They should give you the actual appointment time and have you come in early to fill out paperwork or do it online.
Don’t go here!! the supervisor is super nasty with the customer service skills at a -10/10 and only cares about your money so when you have to call to cancel your appointment for a medical reason or personal issue the way her degrading demeanor will change drastically is extremely concerning to me that She’s the manager (supervisor) her energy was so negative.
