Had an insert put in at the Oak Creek office today. Dr. Wagner was great! Heather and Linda were terrific!

I went to Dr. Carr to have 2 teeth extracted and him and his nurses were wonderful. I had IV sedation along with PRF and my experience was amazing!!! I did not feel anything at all. My bleeding was minimal. I highly recommend Dr. Carr and Oral Surgery Associates. I went to the Oak Creek, WI location
Great experience overall. The front staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the back staff was kind and professional as well. Everyone made the visit comfortable and easy.
