The procedure itself was okay. I would have liked to have seen the surgeon afterwards. I had questions. I tried to ask the nurse but I was escorted out within minutes of coming out of the anesthesia. I could barely walk unassisted. No recovery time at all. Also, a month later I got a bill for an additional $437. This happened to a friend of mine also. I see a pattern here. I knew I should have gone to a different doctor.
My experience was very positive. I had a tooth extracted including a small incision in my gums requiring two stitches (as outlined in my treatment plan and estimate). And I opted for sedation. The office assistant couldn't be any nicer. Genuine and patient. I had a problem with my credit card and she gave me the space, time and respect to solve the problem. Absolutely terrible wisdom teeth extraction told that would be put under for the operation instead was met with a sub par dose and a rag over the eyes.. When asked about keeping the wisdom teeth they blatantly lied stating it was against osha which a simple google search disproves do NOT and i mean DO NOT take ur business here! Absolutely disgusting and abhorrible customer service if i could rate less than 1 star i would awful!
If u want to be restrained and your pain ignored come here absolutely awful
We have been here twice and they were extremely rude both times. The first time I was treated as if I was idiotic for asking for clarification of what was stated. The second I was treated almost like an animal. They called my husband and as I stood up to hug him before he went in the woman flipped her hand at me in a shooing motion and said "You.
