Very friendly office staff, the doctor was thorough and was great about explaining the process, highly recommend
UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: The doctor personally called me and apologized and issued the refund of $300. The doctor himself was kind and tried explaining the process of their billing and insurance and again was very apologetic . He also respected our decision to go elsewhere. We are able to pick the check up on Tuesday morning. We were told we had to pay a $300 consultation fee which we did. The entire experience left us very uncomfortable from the meeting at the front desk until we left. We decided to not proceed with that office... read more
My kids went to the Oral Surgeons of Southern Illinois more than 10 years ago for their wisdom teeth and everything went perfect! Today, I had my follow up visit after a tooth extraction, and I am so thankful that I chose Dr. Schultz and his office staff to take care of me.
