Dr. Schultz is amazing, and his medical staff is spot on. He was thorough, friendly, and caused me no pain whatsoever. His billing department needs to be retrained or let go. I received a bill that I questioned. I went to the office in May to inquire. I was told by a young woman that she would check with my insurance and call me. I asked, "Do you promise to call me back?" UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: The doctor personally called me and apologized and issued the refund of $300. The doctor himself was kind and tried explaining the process of their billing and insurance and again was very apologetic . He also respected our decision to go elsewhere. We are able to pick the check up on Tuesday morning. We were told we had to pay a $300 consultation fee which we did. The entire experience left us very uncomfortable from the meeting at the front desk until we left. We decided to not proceed with that office... read more
