DO NOT PAY THEM! SCAM ALERT: THEY kept billing me after my insurance negotiated the price and made a payment. They scared me with threatening me about going to a collection agency after they were paid. They finally acknowledged my insurance paid but wanted me to pay the difference. I foolishly paid and had to cancel my credit card before my payment posted after I double checked that my insurance negotiated it. Not only did they make us pay more than we were supposed to - they are now asking for proof of payment from our insurance company. They have no clue how to do patient billing.
Threatening collections for a bill I was not aware of until 9 months later when they sent the ONLY notice to me about having a statement balance. Shame of a company, and a shame on the oral surgery office I used to keep in business with them.
