Warning: Hidden Fees & Deceptive Billing I paid everything upfront for a wisdom tooth procedure, then got a surprise $285 bill months later from a lab I was never told about. The dental office refused to help and the lab threatened collections. This feels like a scam. Report this to the FTC if it happens to you.
This is the worst place that I have had the misfortune to deal with. I have had to explain to them 100 times where they need to send the claim so my insurance company can process and pay for it, and they keep sending the bill to the incorrect insurance company and department I even had to call the place where they sent the bill to and add them on the line so they could hear from them where do they needed to send the claim to. DO NOT PAY THEM! SCAM ALERT: THEY kept billing me after my insurance negotiated the price and made a payment. They scared me with threatening me about going to a collection agency after they were paid. They finally acknowledged my insurance paid but wanted me to pay the difference. I foolishly paid and had to cancel my credit card before my payment posted after I double checked that my insurance negotiated it.
