Not only did they make us pay more than we were supposed to - they are now asking for proof of payment from our insurance company. They have no clue how to do patient billing.
Threatening collections for a bill I was not aware of until 9 months later when they sent the ONLY notice to me about having a statement balance. Shame of a company, and a shame on the oral surgery office I used to keep in business with them.
There service is very bad
I have not interacted directly with this company - the oral surgeon I saw chose them (and chose badly BTW). The reason for my 0 stars is that the pathology report they sent to my dentist was complete gibberish. I know how to read these things - setting that aside, my judgment was confirmed today by a prominent pathologist at the University of Pennsylvania.
They don’t like to be paid.
