I was forced to remove my original review due to threat of legal action. So I will simply say.... PLEASE consider another surgeon!!
I have been seeing Mr Bill Sheldon at Epworth & Knox Hospital over the course of the year to have 3 dental implants done to replace my old failed crowns and teeth. Bill & his nurse assistants have been absolutely wonderful . I had to have a sinus lift and some bone grafting as well to support my implants but I felt totally supported & reassured throughout all my treatments . William Sheldon and his reception team have no idea how to handle if something goes wrong. 2 appointments in 4 weeks was apparently all i was entitled to despite severe jaw pain caused by dry socket. I was even refused to be put into someone else's care when he was going on holidays and to simply see him when he returned 3 weeks later despite my 4kg weight loss from being unable to eat and my being unable to sleep much due to the pain.
