I have used Chen alot. they are very good but the last time I went, I felt the whole practice had gotten too rushed. they didn't wait long enough for the anesthesia to kick in and the pain was terrifying. and yes, they collect before they start.
Holy moley just had a tooth pulled and I feel like I just had the ultimate spa experience. Starting at front desk- so lovely and calming welcoming. Then Ursula was so sweet and reassuring (yes I’m a big baby). Then Dr. Chen comes in, does his work and in no time I was out of there. Great experience!!!!
