Spent an hour on the phone and told $30 co-pay. (also be aware that some of the dentists are in network and some aren't. Took our son for surgery and told to pay $1200 as a deposit - they may refund. Why could'nt they tell us before? We also had them to phone them in advance to remind them to order the surgery meds
