Worst experience ever. Gross miscommunication among the staff on several important details. First, Doctor Queale did not listen to his staff when told about a broken dental chair that tipped my son back so far his head was practically on the floor. The front-end staff did not inform the doctor that my son was deathly scared of needles. In the consult there was never any mention of an IV.
