The overall experience was highly positive. The surgeon provided clear and direct communication before my surgery. Their reassuring manner helped me feel at ease prior to receiving general anesthesia. I am currently in the process of recovery.
I don't leave reviews often, but this place is beyond deserving of 5 stars. I went to get my wisdom teeth removed, which I was VERY nervous about, and the entire staff was so comforting the entire time. I could not have had a better experience & I'm so thankful that I went with OMSI to get my teeth removed. They even gave me a Rita's gift card so I could get something cold & liquid to eat afterward 🥹 so thoughtful 🩷
Front desk is an absolute Joke. Got a referral to get teeth cut out because of an dental abscess and infection. Stated they couldn't get me in for over a month and the lady was super rude when I tried telling her my infection was bad and I couldn't make it that long. Ended up in the hospital for sepsis because the infection spread.
