I’ve witnessed on multiple occasions the worst type of behavior and attitude from every receptionist / scheduler in that office. The blonde woman scolded an elderly woman disallowing her to stand at the check in desk with her husband who was in a wheelchair. That was pretty hard to watch. My experience with our child’s jaw surgery exceeded expectations. Every interaction with surgical, nursing, and administrative staff showed attention to detail and an interest in providing a positive experience for patient and family. The procedure was modeled ahead of time so no surprises and desired outcome achieved. Before, during, and after activities were clearly explained before day of procedure so we understood what to expect.
i was told i can come in alone as a 17 y o because my mom has to stay with my autistic sister who would throw a massive fit in the hospital and give us a hard time. the employee that tried to help me is nice but i dont appreciate driving 2 hours to have to cancel.
They are really good at pulling wisdom teeth I only have three more to go to becuz of my blood pressure the student is really good it depends on the student just pray to God to a student that knows what they doing im am definitely coming back for three more to go I add a update for three more extraction to go this year
I had a referral over 2 months ago and still haven't even received a call back. This is ridiculous
