Rude staff, from the front desk to Dr. Singh and the assistants. Don’t go here if you expect to have more than a 30 second conversation with a doctor.
Did something change with emergency dental???? I called at 7am got an appointment only to get there and them not take out my tooth! Some bull about I have to see another dentist to only come back to get it taken out! Anybody else experience this? This was my first time. I have had no issues in the past into today! If someone makes a same day appointment clearly shows they are in pain for you to turn them away if sad!
Absolutely do not recommend BMC Oral and MaxilloFacial Surgery Clinic. The entire clinic and system is poorly managed and with no patient consideration. To schedule an appointment for wisdom teeth removal we were directed to call each day at 8am to try and secure a spot THAT day, with no consideration to a patient's outside responsibilities.
