I took my mom this morning for mandibular tori extractions on both inner sides and it was a rough experience for me to witness. My mom is elderly and these young female staff were speed walking everywhere expecting my mom to keep up with them. I had to tell my mom to slow down and take her time. The doctor was nice and all. I didn't like seeing him yanking out the pieces of bone, which to me seemed like it's not cut all the way, and he broke it off on the last bit?
