Friendly staff that answered all of my questions! They made the process easy and stress free!
Receptionist is extremely rude. I drove the whole way there (an hour drive for me) and when I got there she asked if I had done my paperwork. My fault. I've been busy. I forgot to do it. I said no. She said oh that's not good. I'm going to have to check with the doctor. She came back and told me they would have to reschedule. It's fine. I understand I should have been prepared. All of the ladies in the office along with Dr. Strayer are kind,helpful, and personable! They are all AWESOME! Very professional, polite and knowledgeable! They are the best ever! I have also seen Dr. Quale and he is also all of the above! They are the best in their field!
