Dr huy did a great job extracting my top 2 wisdom teeth. I was referred by my dentist, and he did it the day of my appointment. He asked if I was okay through the whole endeavor. Easy and painless, until the novocane wore off.
I had my wisdom teeth extracted with Dr. Rodriguez, and I can say, she was great. Terrific bedside manner and she talked me through the whole procedure! Most of all, I didn’t feel a thing! Highly recommended
I made an appointment for a tooth extraction. Got bumped a few hours before my appointment because the Dr had an emergency. I understood that, but then when I got there they didn’t do the extraction and instead decided it was a consultation and charged me for that. Then I made an appointment to come back for the extraction in 2 weeks. The next week they call to tell me the dr has another “emergency” and needs to reschedule my extraction. I unequivocally recommend Dr. Huy and this practice! I had to undergo a couple of extractions but suffer from a profound dentophobia, so I of course felt uneasy visiting the office for the first consult. Fortunately, my anxiety was quickly assuaged by the staff's warm and professional demeanor (thanks, Joy & team) followed by Dr. Huy's incredible bedside manner. I had a fine overall experience at this practice. The hygienist and reception was great. Very friendly. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. Really no complaints up until I was called back. The oral surgeon was bit gruff but seemed knowledgeable. That wasn’t a problem either. The reason I have this at a 3 star review is the smell. At first the odor didn't hit me, but as my appointment with Dr. Huy progressed; waves of stench kept hitting my nose.
