If I could give no stars I would. I've had 2 prior surgeries to remove an impacted wisdom teeth and then a non impacted tooth. Both times I've had anesthesia and the procedure was seamless and over before I knew it. Not at this facility. If I knew in advance I'd feel every bit of pain with my infected root canal removal I'd choose to not remove it. The dr and staff were the worse. I was given a gas, oxygen the assistant said, plus local novocaine, plus maybe anesthesia and nothing worked to numb that pain or put me to sleep.... read more
Excellent place. Dr Lee was the best. He took time to explain everything to you. There was no rush. Also no wait times. Definitely recommend
i had very bad experience at this place. i spent almost 8000 for bone graft and then the dentist ask 45000 for half mouth implant. that means i need to spend 60000 (with crown later) i went to another place for extra bg and implant with crown for only 15000 since the dentist Progressive Oral Surgery did not do enough bg for implant. i sincerely advise everybody not to go there for any dental treatments unless you want to pay a huge bill and get crappy services
Save yourself the headaches of dealing with this office, Dr.lee is great but the entire office staff doesn't have a clue.
Worst experience ever! Dr. Lee behaves as he is the only oral surgeon in the world. I brought my daughter for a procedure consultation. At first, they charged me $90 for a consultation fee, then pushed me to do a CT for my daughter with $300. I concerned the radiation and questioned about the necessary. Then this doctor got upset, disturbed my question, told me “ Time out !Time out!” I even seldom talk to my kids this way.
