This was my first appointment with Dentistry of the Carolinas - University. I have high expectations when it comes to customer service. People don’t think about customer service in a doctors office or dental office but I do it’s number one for me. From the moment I walked in the waiting area I was greeted by the receptionist which made me feel very welcome. When I call the office with a question, I can always reach someone and they are patient and kind. If I have questions about a procedure or the cost, they help me to understand what is done and the cost.
Best experience I ever had with a dentist and her office. Would recommend them to anybody. Very pleased.

When I arrived, I turned in my paperwork. Approximately about 5 minutes, I was called into a room where I met Katie. She took a lot of pictures, and double checked to make sure that all x-rays were complete. Very satisfied!
The staff is incredibly nice. I was extremely nervous but the entire staff made my visit comfortable. They simplified everything that was happening and put me at ease
