Horrible! Had an appointment set, and when I go in for my appointment of a simple CT scan their machine is Miraculously is “down” and has been for hours the receptionist says. However, no one called me letting me know anything so I basically drove to the office for nothing. Then the receptionist tried to recant saying it just happened which was obviously a lie.
