Lady over the phone in corning said they would accept payments for service. They do not accept payments at all. Not once did they tell us the total of service until we arrived for the appointment.
Professional staff was EXCELLENT! Waiting room was small and crowded.
Doctors and nurses, fabulous. Billing department is entirely useless. They said they would submit insurance claim in my behalf. One three occasions over a 6 month period I had to contact them to provide additional information or respond to requests to get my claim processed.
I had a great experience, everyone was very helpful.
