I have a question: why is it that when I try to schedule an appointment at this location, they say it's closed? I really like taking my chuldrens here, and it's close to where I live, but they won't schedule an appointment for me there. The same thing happened at the one on Main Street; it was very convenient for me because of the distance, but they also tell me it's closed. Are they really closed? Or do they just not want to see my children?
The dentist was amazing with my daughter. It was her first time and she was very anxious and has a lot of fear of the medical community. The dentist was very patient and calm. She explained how everything worked and showed her instruments before using them, and even let me daughter try a few. By the time we left, my daughter was comfortable and smiling and excited to come back again. AMAZING and very happy with our visit. Thank you so so much for your understanding and patience with my child.
