I went in to get a front tooth implant, they used me as a Guinea pig, a test subject and had me as tooth removal practice. I never got my tooth fixed and left with two less than I went in with. the students were outright lying to their instructor about filling me in on my procedure and they royally screwed me over. Honestly disgusting practice.
I was a patient at the Mike Petryk School of Dentistry-Oral health clinic yesterday afternoon. It was an amazing experience, the staff (including Ava Krug) were professional, they provided a high quality/safe experience, they also explained everything and provided education. I’m looking forward to my next appointment!
Brought my son here for an ortho consult. Understandably, there are many factors beyond the clinic's control ($15 parking, 2-3 hour appointment time, insurance billing issues that no other clinic I've been to has faced, limited appointment options). Still, unfortunately, they combined to create a less-than-ideal experience. The students were kind and welcoming, and so were most of the receptionists. I have been a patient for more than 25 years and have had the best care through them all. The young dentists are incredible; all the staff do a great job. I was told about the GPR clinic by a friend and I'm so glad. The cost is far more reasonable than private practice. I recommend everyone check this amazing program out!
