I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Zouhary and his team. The receptionists were very welcoming from the get go. When I was taken back for my procedure a young lady named Kate walked me through what I was to expect and made me feel at ease. Lauren then came in to start my IV and I experienced no pain with that at all. Dr. Zouhary made me feel comfortable and relaxed which I appreciated since I was so nervous. Everything came out great! Im trying to get in touch with them i'm pregnant and I need a couple teeth extracted because I am in pain.They told me they would get in touch with me when my insurance was approved.Well, I just called my insurance and they haven't even submitted a request yet.Mind you I have medicaid so there you go. The kindest people. I’ve had a horrible time with TMJ pain and trying to find a surgeon. His reception and nurses are so kind. Even though he doesn’t do the surgery I need I would recommend this office to anyone!
My experience here was far from great. I have been there three occasions. The last visit the problem started with trying to find out about insurance payments. The office had no idea what to tell me. I called 5 times. They would not answer, I had someone call from a different number while I sat letting the phone ring. I cannot say enough good things about Dr zahoura ,his team of nurses and staff they are some of the best people you could ever meet. My procedure took a year to complete I could not be happier and I got some really good memories with all the people over there throughout my experience,,,,,I highly recommend them 100%
