To make it clear this bad rating is NOT about Dr. Scheetz. He is a exceptional Oral Surgeon & I would go to him if I needed work down the road. He has done extractions, implants, bone grafts & more on me. IT’S ABOUT THE RECEPTIONIST The Problem: The last 2 times I called they refused to make a appt for me to see Dr.Scheetz. Worst experience with a doctor’s office I’ve had in my adult life. My original consultation was October 2020. I started treatment in December 2020 with an orthodontist based on the course of treatment laid out by Dr Scheetz. In March of 2021 I can began to contact their office to schedule a follow up appointment and surgery date. Since then I’ve called every 1-2 weeks and have yet to be able to reach someone to book an appointment. The office took wonderful care of my 89 year old mom who required extensive dental work. Very friendly and effective staff. Strongly recommend this office.
