I was fortunate enough to have only had a consultation and not any procedure. Let me just say Dr. Cardenas was not very welcoming from the moment he walked into the room. Not to mention the unprofessionalism I received from his ENTIRE office staff. If your insurance requires pre-autherazations this is definitely not the place for you. According to the staff they do not send in any request via fax or online because they don't have the proper resources! God forbid you are in dying pain and need a procedure done right away. I would not recommend them. They charged me $612. to remove one of my daughters wisdom teeth and that was in addition to the Cigna isurance payment
