Everything about this office is great. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave everyone is so warm and welcoming. The staff is amazing and the doctor is super nice and knowledgeable. They always make sure to keep me informed and they are super efficient about getting referrals in and any necessary approvals from the Insurance company. I am so grateful I found this office and I look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.
Shay has to be the most inpatient billing associate i’ve dealt with from any office. I work in the medical field and there should never be this level of hostility with a patient inquiring on prices. Shay repeatedly incorrectly quoted me on the price then got hostile and said I do this and everyday and I am aware what I’m talking about. Had my wisdom tooth pulled and I swear this was the best experience I have ever had! I hate the dentist!! Everyone is so kind in the office first off… The second thing is it was painless and so quick. I was so stressed… I’m so thankful I found this place. If you ever need a wisdom tooth pulled please call them.

I made an appointment days prior, I was referred here by my dentist. This was my first needing extractions or anything. My appointment was at 8:30 AM! I did all the paperwork before the receptionist asked did I get panorama X-rays and I did. I wasn’t told when I made the appointment I needed to have that with me. I could have had my dental office send them over but now I can’t be seen without them and at this time now they are not open yet to send it.
