I made an appointment days prior, I was referred here by my dentist. This was my first needing extractions or anything. My appointment was at 8:30 AM! I did all the paperwork before the receptionist asked did I get panorama X-rays and I did. I wasn’t told when I made the appointment I needed to have that with me. I could have had my dental office send them over but now I can’t be seen without them and at this time now they are not open yet to send it. This doctor Juan Lopez, as soon as he walks in, he walks right back out after a minute from follow up visit. I work in the medical field and have not met such doctor with this type of communication. If you don't ask anything for yourself, you are supposed to guess what to do. Lack of professionalism, and 100% lack of communication. You can tell he is just there for insurance money. Takes one minute at the office visit, DO NOT recommend this doctor at all.
I got my wisdom teeth removed here and the surgeon was wonderful! I just went for a follow up and it healed very nicely. All of the staff here are super friendly and welcoming(:
Amazing service and expertise! Dr Lopez and the whole staff were wonderful.
