THIS is how it should be done if I could give 10 stars I would! I love Dr Charles. He is true to his craft for sure! Especially if you have a complicated situation. I am not an easy patient and have a lot of anxiety. This team has somehow managed that with care and understanding. I appreciate you all so much and I am very thankful for Dr. Charles. Thank you!

He killed it….amazing dentist/ surgeon. Made me feel so comfortable when I was really dated. Got 2 teeth out and have had no issues. Really appreciated that he cared more about me than the money. Super guy.
I had a great experience other than things they couldn’t control. I had some tongue numbness after my wisdom tooth surgery. it has been getting better and better but made eating more difficult and opening my mouth. i appreciate all the smiles and getting to know my life. i have felt very comfortable as a 21 year old who moved away from home and did this on my own. i appreciate the transparency in pricing, ways of paying and post operation appointments. Thank you Dr Charles for the therapy as well!
No transparency in pricing. Awful bedside manner. Pressure sales tactics. Fear mongering. Admin staff that doesn’t understand how to properly verify benefits. (Don’t properly understand how coinsurance works). Collected medical insurance just to tell me they do not bill medical insurance. Charged a deposit to hold an appointment time. I am very grateful that I chose to leave this office without getting the care I needed, I went to another office and was treated much better and they submitted it into my medical insurance and ... read more
