He killed it….amazing dentist/ surgeon. Made me feel so comfortable when I was really dated. Got 2 teeth out and have had no issues. Really appreciated that he cared more about me than the money. Super guy.
I had a great experience other than things they couldn’t control. I had some tongue numbness after my wisdom tooth surgery. it has been getting better and better but made eating more difficult and opening my mouth. i appreciate all the smiles and getting to know my life. i have felt very comfortable as a 21 year old who moved away from home and did this on my own. i appreciate the transparency in pricing, ways of paying and post operation appointments. Thank you Dr Charles for the therapy as well!
No transparency in pricing. Awful bedside manner. Pressure sales tactics. Fear mongering. Admin staff that doesn’t understand how to properly verify benefits. (Don’t properly understand how coinsurance works). Collected medical insurance just to tell me they do not bill medical insurance. Charged a deposit to hold an appointment time. I had a great experience with Dr. Charles for my tooth removal. They were professional, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. The procedure was quick and almost painless, and the recovery went smoothly with clear aftercare instructions. I highly recommend this oral surgeon to anyone needing dental surgery!
