It’s been about a month or so since I have visited this office, but I wanted to give them five stars, I’m from the capital district and the VA sent me here for an extraction, from start to finish the front end staff to the dentist and extraction was a great experience, it felt like they warmly welcomed you making the experience as calming as possible. If I lived closer I would definitely see if they took new regular patients.
Had an extraction done. The staff was amazing. Dentists stress me out, but this place was great. No bruising, minimal soreness. 10/10 no notes.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! No empathy whatsoever for a child with anxiety about needles. They wouldn't let me, the mother, back there to reassure my child it would be ok. When I told them she needed a minute to calm down, their response was "she needs to come back so we can put the IV in". There was another patient crying loudly in another room which didn't help. I live an hour away in the capital district of NY, but was referred here by the Albany Stratton VA. It was an hour trip, but thankfully there was little traffic on RT 7 so it was a smooth trip there and back. I have had much dental work done including extraction of wisdom teeth, root canal, crowns, etc. I have a high pain tolerance but the doctor has an amazing technique so don't get worried about it being painful.
