All about money and not about patient care. So disappointing with this experience. They charge more than anyone else for horrible client service. The practice owner should be outraged with the service his front desk staff is giving… The dentist was very informative, but the client service staff was HORRIFIC. Unnecessary charges when I rescheduled due to my wife breaking her ankle and couldn’t make the appointment. Rude staff at front desk. Rude office manager. Unapologetically rude. Like they don’t care about the client at all. Just the money. Got a second opinion and checked the rates saved like $500 And haven’t even gotten the work done yet, but I’ve had a way better experience with the staff. Dentist had better ratings and longer time in business. Highly recommend going elsewhere.
