Would not recommend. I had to cancel an appointment just under 24 hours in advance—23 hours and 40 minutes, to be exact—and was still charged a $100 cancellation fee. The exact fee amount was never clearly communicated beforehand, only that a charge could apply. When I tried to discuss the situation, I was met with inflexibility and a lack of understanding. WARNING Do not book on a Monday if you are a Monday customer of Oracle and fall ill over the weekend there is absolutely no way to cancel within 24 hours so you will be charged Personal experience has let me know that the cancellation policy of Oracle is 24 hours for Tuesday to Friday customers and 72 hours if you are unfortunate enough to get a Monday appointment Quote from oracle when I questioned this policy “To explain your query, our confirmations express 24hr business cancellation notice due to the fact that we are not... read more

I will say my experience getting therapy here Was pretty great (not naming clinician out of privacy) esecially helpful for the more tricky stuff. Would definitely work with again. Although I will say, the customer service by the reception was not the greatest experience. Felt very unwelcome esecially on the phone. Very little leniency for human mistakes if your late, need to reschedule, eyc. Even for people with A grade attendance and rarely miss a beat, been going for years. I wouldn't say that's every time so hence 3 stars... read more
