Highly recommend Madeleine Patience. She took the time to explain everything I needed help understanding and was incredibly caring throughout the process.
We did not have a positive experience with the psychologist we saw at this practice. We felt that assumptions were often made without sufficient effort to understand our specific circumstances, and the communication at times felt judgmental rather than supportive. I cannot recommend oracle enough. Travis especially is such a kind gentle human. He has changed my sons life in the best way possible.
Would not recommend. I had to cancel an appointment just under 24 hours in advance—23 hours and 40 minutes, to be exact—and was still charged a $100 cancellation fee. The exact fee amount was never clearly communicated beforehand, only that a charge could apply. When I tried to discuss the situation, I was met with inflexibility and a lack of understanding.
