Extremely poor incompetent customer service, lengthy delays with no explanation other than "constructions delays or covid" we have had a slab sitting on our site since September 2021 with a frame supposed to be built in November. Still no frame and on the day the frame was due to be erected this week, we were advised of a further 5 week delay. This was proceeding many issues during the contract stage. DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER!
Do not recommend this builder. Builder Supervisors can be very opinionated and do not work well with independent inspectors. Have a real chip on the shoulder. If Australian Standard presented, brushed over with opinion. Interesting to note that the 5 star review on this site was by an Electrician. I wonder who he works for?
The site mangers and tradies are all good, however they are hamstrung by the worst back end and management team. This results in what should be a positive experience being terrible. The issues we encountered during our build: * The drafting team continually made unrequested changes to the plans when doing requested changes. We should have had 4 identical kids rooms, one is now smaller and does not have built in desks etc as requested. * Nothing the drafting team added was centered.
