Really disappointed. I loved going to get my hair done by Nicole, but was really sad with their company policy. I completely missed our appointment- I am a social worker and had a hard week and my brain lapsed. I was charged my full hair appointment amount of 70 dollars. I completely understand a service fee, but to charge someone the complete amount of the hair appointment is not thinking of the customer.
