I recently had an online session with Bri and was blown away by her warmth and sincerity. I felt like I had known her all along and she helped to truly delve into my needs and join me on the journey forward. She is very good at being a partner in her services and is a great listener while having much wisdom to share. I fully intend on working with her again and have already recommended her to others. Really disappointed. I loved going to get my hair done by Nicole, but was really sad with their company policy. I completely missed our appointment- I am a social worker and had a hard week and my brain lapsed. I was charged my full hair appointment amount of 70 dollars. I completely understand a service fee, but to charge someone the complete amount of the hair appointment is not thinking of the customer. I found this salon on my hunt for a new stylist when we moved to the area. Carlie is fantastic and takes such good care of my hair! 10 of 10 would recommend.
