Responsive and reliable. Ken arrived the same day that our furnace went out. He had the problem resolved quickly. Even on a stat holiday, price was reasonable.
We had a really great experience with Oracle Mechanical! Our furnace stopped working a few days before Christmas and so we called various local HVAC companies and left messages. We thought it would be difficult to get someone out to look at it being so close to Christmas. Oracle was literally the ONLY company that even returned our call!! And they came out the next day!
