Mel was awesome! Some of the best customer service I have experienced in some time. Mel walked me through the light issue, troubleshooted with me, and honored the warranty given the light failed less than 2 week after install. I wait the arrival of my new part. I have no problem supporting Oracle given this level of service.
Replaced the headlights and fog lights in my Jeep Wrangler. Love how they look, how bright and clear the Oracle lights are. Best lights on the market. Daughter hit a deer and broke the mounts on the fog lights. Contacted customer service and within a couple emails, I have new mounts coming. Great customer service. Will purchase from Oracle lighting again.

Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was having email issues & they would resend emails that I hadn’t gotten yet. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Best quality of products I’ve ever had, even the slight issue I had was fixed in a timely manner. Love all of my products from Oracle!!
