I replaced the original halogen headlamps with Oracle LED light kit (5236-001). However, after approx 2.5 yrs the right started flickering and after a few weeks was barely noticeable when it illuminated. I contacted Oracle tech support about this to see if I had options. I received a response in hours with an offer to purchase just one lamp rather than an entire kit and also offered a discount. They were understanding and quick to help. A day later, a new part is on the way. Thank you - well done. 5 stars for service.

I should have read the reviews first. I bought the flush mount led tail lights for a 2021 ford f250 superduty. They arrived at my house in a box that looked like it was on the self for a while. Also found it odd that it was in the box you would desplay them in. And not in a brown shipping box. The truck had factory led lights. Should be an easy swap. I love the lights they so far are working great! I have never liked the fact that this is ordered for a wrangler but yet I have to cut and solder the RGB wires when they should be cut to size for the Application? Ur products are quality but for the price it should be plug &play not cut and solder !!
