This company and their products are AMAZING! I had a stellar experience with the customer service team. The products themselves are top notch. I got the colorshift rock lights. They are super bright and exactly what I was looking for. No issues with the app what so ever. They connect right up to the phone from a good distance from the Rubicon. The Jeep taillights look out of this world and make my Jeep look like a super car. When I had an issue with one of the taillights, Mel took care of it right away and is sending me a new replacement, even though it is past the initial warranty period. Not only great taillights, but great customer service! I love the look of the flush mounted tail lights, incredibly easy to install as well. After a while of use, started to have some issues. A quick email to Oracle, and they were covered under warranty and shipped out. Super quick and great communication. Thank you!
This is a great product however I am a bit disappointed in the features of the lights. I was led to believe there were a variation of light colors to choose from and apply to different levels of the light however that is not true. Installiation could have been a lot easier if the wiring was more straigh forward and did not require splicing so many wires together.
Oracle lights are great, my last purchase was was a set of headlight bulbs for a 2014 Honda pioneer. They said they fit 2014–2026 models but Honda changed the head light mud covers in 2017. Because leds were now availible. The Oracle leds are too big and set off ti the side too far to close the dust covers.also the harness doesn’t allow it ti clip in tight.
