Not really a product review, since I have yet to receive anything. I ordered products and gave Oracle $2400 of my hard earned money on October 25, 2024. Today is April 2, 2025 and I have yet to receive anything. Not only have I not received any product, Oracle has not even had the decency to reach out to me with any information at all. In most situations this would be viewed as a loan of which Oracle is delinquent and subject to penalty, but because I am the customer and I have zero rights this will not be the case.
Number 1 in products and customer service!
I purchased the flush taillights on my 2021 Gladiator, when they were first introduced, and loved the way they looked and performed, however, in Sept. of 2024 the driver side failed. Now, in March of 2025, the passenger side failed. My 4-star rating is because BOTH lights failed BUT, each time Oracle stood up and admitted that the lights from the original batch did have a known issue and they shipped me replacements for no charge both times! CUDOS to a company that stands behind their product!!!!!!!
Purchased a light with a 2 year warranty. It failed 8 months after receiving it. Warranty was denied as they claimed it was only a 1 year even with the website saying 2 year. Furthermore when I ordered, it was back ordered for several months so it had been a few days past 1 year since order but only a few days over 8 since shipping. Fought and fought to get it covered, ended up giving up and going with headlight revolution who makes way better products and had wonderful customer support.
Product description stated it would fit however, when I received the lights, they would not fit. They stated they didn't advertise year models in the product description. However, I provided a screenshot from their website and got no response back, so I will leave it here as well.
